The Kingman Area is best known for the fishing, boating, and other outdoor sports at Lake Mohave and the Colorado River. The "ghost town" of Oatman and the attractions along the Historic Route 66 are popular with tourists. The area also includes the southern part of Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
